Job Title: Paint Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Paint Shop Supervisor to join our team at Miller Industries Towing Equipment Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the painting process of our large wreckers and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of paint shop employees to ensure efficient production and high-quality results.
  • Interpret production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements to meet job assignments.
  • Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
  • Confer with other supervisors to coordinate activities and ensure seamless production.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in an Engineering discipline, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • One to four years of related experience or equivalent combination of job-relevant certifications, education, and experience.
  • Intermediate computer skills, with experience in LN and MS Products a plus.
