Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Emergency Medical Responder Instructor to join our educational team. This role is crucial in shaping the next generation of emergency medical professionals through effective teaching and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver comprehensive instruction in emergency medical services, ensuring students acquire essential skills and knowledge.
2. Utilize effective teaching methodologies to engage students in both theoretical and practical aspects of the curriculum.
3. Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback to foster improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a Florida paramedic or emergency medical technician.
- A minimum of six years of field experience with an advanced life support provider, or at least two years of experience combined with one of the following:
    a. Bachelor's degree or higher in a health-related field.
    b. Thirty-six hours of college credits in a health-related field.
    c. Completion of an apprenticeship program recognized by the relevant labor departments.

Instructor Competencies:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in:
- Teaching and demonstrating emergency medical skills.
- Engaging students in a dynamic learning environment.
- Evaluating psycho-motor skills effectively.

This position plays a vital role in ensuring that our emergency medical responders are well-prepared to meet the challenges of the field.
