Emergency Medicine Medical Director Opportunity

About the Role:

HCA Florida St. Petersburg Hospital is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Medical Director to lead our established group in St. Petersburg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing medical direction and oversight to our emergency department, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical direction and oversight to the emergency department team
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Recruit and develop a high-performing team of emergency medicine physicians

Requirements:

  • Board certification/eligibility in Emergency Medicine
  • Leadership experience in emergency medicine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
