Recovery Coach Opportunity

Clementine Hudson Valley, a residential treatment program for adolescents with eating disorders, is seeking a Per Diem Recovery Coach to join our team.

About the Role

As a Recovery Coach, you will play a key role in supporting clients through their recovery journey. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support and intervention consistent with the client's treatment plan
  • Engaging clients in developing healthy connections with others
  • Assisting with food preparation and supervision of client meals
  • Participating in therapeutic groups and developing core skills
  • Conducting rounds and providing observations
  • Occasionally driving clients off-site for appointments and activities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of post-high school education; a Bachelor's in Psychology is preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting is highly desired
  • A valid state-issued Driver's License with a safe driving history
  • Good communication and client relations skills, as well as the ability to work as a member of a team
