Senior BIM Engineer

A leading National Building Design Engineering firm seeks an experienced Senior BIM Engineer to join their team. This role involves managing HVAC, fire protection, electrical, and plumbing mechanical BIM Models in various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates project model deliveries and reviews models for accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborates with project managers, engineers, and architects for seamless integration.
  • Leads BIM coordination and kick-off meetings to discuss project updates and resolve issues.
  • Maintains documented processes, procedures, and workflows as needed.
  • Ensures interoperability between BIM and design/engineering tools.
  • Researches and evaluates new software technologies for potential implementation.

Essential Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in MEP systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, BIM 360, Navisworks, and Adobe software.
  • In-depth knowledge of BIM practices, standards, and techniques.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000 per year.
