Job Overview:

This Regional Property Manager position plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our properties in the Charleston area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, leading a team of property managers and staff, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual budgets to achieve company goals
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions and identify areas for improvement
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors to secure favorable pricing and services
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field; CAPS or CPM designation preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in property management with regional responsibilities
  • Minimum 1,500 units of conventional property oversight

Compensation Package:

Base salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, plus potential quarterly bonus and auto allowance.
