Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated Concrete Finishers & Laborers to join our team in Dillsburg, PA, working primarily in Central PA and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

• Craftsmanship: Inspect and verify the construction of concrete forms to ensure proper alignment and structural integrity; set up concrete forms to the specified pitch, depth, and alignment accurately; install rebar or wire mesh to enhance the structural integrity of the concrete.
• Tool Operation: Utilize various tools such as rakes, shovels, hand or power trowels, and floats to spread level, and smooth concrete surfaces.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate and signal with truck drivers to ensure proper positioning for concrete pouring and direct the concrete chute accordingly.
• Safety Protocols: Adhere strictly to established safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of construction experience, specifically in concrete work.
• Ability to perform physical activities requiring significant use of arms, legs, and full body movement, including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and material handling.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach assigned job sites.
• Arrival punctually for work with all necessary tools prepared.

Estimated Salary: $25-$40 per hour, based on location and experience.
