Curb Machine Operator

We are seeking an experienced Curb Machine Operator to join our concrete construction team in Dillsburg, PA.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience operating curb machines and will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining the equipment, performing pre-operations safety inspections, and ensuring company equipment is in good working condition.

• Safely operate and maintain curb machine
• Perform pre-operations safety inspections
• Ensure company equipment is maintained and in good running condition
• Read and understand blueprints and cut sheets
• Set and check grades; responsible for setup of string line
• Ability to take direction from site foreman to complete daily tasks and meet project goals for job site
• Travel from job site to job site when/as needed
• Work closely with other crew members; in a fast-paced environment

• 1-2 years of relevant operating experience; preferably in construction
• Must be able to set and check grades
• Must be able to read blueprints and cut sheets
• Must have knowledge of vibrator placement, sensor placement, and mold placement
• Must have knowledge of string line setup
• Must be able to work in outdoor environments, including prolonged walking or standing on various terrain in a wide range of weather conditions
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and meet necessary deadlines

Estimated Salary: $25-$35 per hour
