Job Description

The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of transactions and conducting quality assurance of inbound and outbound product orders, including Train Provisioning Solution (TPS) services where applicable.

This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while interacting with staff at all levels.

The Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Entering data and processing transactions in the Warehouse Inventory Management System (WIMS) database
  • Conducting quality assurance verification audits for both inbound and outbound orders
  • Ensuring that the quality assurance process is in compliance with VPS Tools and Business Process SOPs
  • Assisting with problem-solving and determining root causes of transactional issues
  • Maintaining files and answering internal and external calls
  • Participating in end-of-month inventory processes and periodic cycle counts

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
