Physician - Hospitalist - Optum

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician - Hospitalist to join our team at Optum. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and treatment, utilizing evidence-based medicine and best practices.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address gaps in care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York at time of employment.
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine.
- Active and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start.
