Salary and Benefits Package

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $52,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits after 90 days, including health insurance, dental insurance, company-sponsored short-term disability, PTO, paid holidays, IRA with 3% company match, paid training, and company events. We also provide uniforms and boot vouchers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside experienced technicians to set up HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
  • Develop industry knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and mentorship.
  • Transport and organize tools, materials, and equipment to maintain efficient job site operations.
  • Test systems to guarantee safe and efficient performance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED required; trade school enrollment or completion is a bonus but not necessary.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical principles and safety protocols.
