Qualifications:

Education: Juris Doctor from an accredited law institution.

Bar Admission: Must be a member in good standing in Georgia; additional licenses in other states are advantageous but not required.

Experience:

  • 0-3 years of legal practice, particularly in civil litigation and trial work, with a preference for candidates experienced in debt collection, foreclosure, FDCPA, RESPA, and TILA claims, as well as general creditor rights.
  • Skills and Attributes: Proficient in computer applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite and case management software; strong courtroom presence; experience in civil jury or non-jury trials; meticulous attention to detail; organized and capable of multitasking; excellent time management skills; adept at analyzing case law and providing informed recommendations; strong work ethic and a collaborative spirit.
