Job Overview

We're seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to join our team at Best One Tire & Service, where you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through the sale of commercial tires and services.

In this position, you'll:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to think creatively and problem-solve

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.00 - $24.00, plus commission pay and profit sharing opportunities. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and a 401(k) matching program.
