We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Metro Dentalcare Albertville, where you will be part of a compassionate and well-connected 8-person team that thrives on collaboration, communication, and community.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working 4 days a week, providing exceptional lifetime patient care while enhancing your clinical skills with unparalleled education and support. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current dental hygienist license in MN and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • An excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.
  • New or upcoming graduate OR years of clinical experience.
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • A desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
