To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: A minimum of 12-24 post-secondary semester units in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development (CD), or a related field, with a passing grade of C- or better.
- Experience: 6-12 months of experience in a group care environment, providing care and education to a consistent age group.
- Skills: Effective problem-solving, conflict resolution, classroom management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain a professional team environment.
