Position Overview
You will engage closely with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance the development and refinement of strategic Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) initiatives, including fielding and sustainment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
You will provide expert guidance and insights to the JSF Program leadership regarding the viability of significant IT decisions and investments, facilitating ongoing strategic planning.
Your role includes assisting the leadership team in documenting, presenting, and justifying IT budgets and specific capital planning initiatives to military branches.
You will represent the Department of Defense (DoD) in various panels and working groups focused on evaluating technologies and standards relevant to IT resources and functions.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of experience in information technology within federal service or the private/public sector, showcasing the following competencies:

- Oral Communication: Effectively convey information to various audiences, making clear presentations and responding appropriately.

Additionally, your experience must reflect specialized knowledge equivalent to the GS-12/13 level in federal service or comparable experience in the private/public sector, including:

- Conducting comprehensive reviews to identify and rectify underperforming program elements.
- Leading IT system development projects to ensure effective organizational network environments.
- Directing technical analyses to assess performance enhancements against resource constraints.
- Briefing leadership on IT program specifics, including requirements and operational concepts.
