Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Home Care Sales Specialist to join our team at UnityPoint Health. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting patients and customers in purchasing and renting home medical equipment.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with restocking, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring that the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
  • Process orders, answer customer questions, and provide product information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records, complete tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines while working as part of a high-performing team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and management.
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and move around the store with ease.
  • Familiarity with home medical equipment and supplies an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
