Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hemodialysis Nurse to join our team as a Hemodialysis Nurse Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring that all patients receive safe and effective hemodialysis treatments.

Responsibilities

  • Patient Care: Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatments, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring patient outcomes.">
  • Treatment Administration: Administer medications and fluids as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for any adverse reactions or complications.">
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nephrologists, dietitians, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.">
  • Training and Education: Participate in ongoing education and training programs to stay current on best practices in hemodialysis care and to enhance your clinical skills.">
  • Leadership: Mentor new employees and provide guidance and support to less experienced nurses on the team.">

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.">
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in hemodialysis nursing, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership or mentorship role.">
  • Certifications: Current RN license and BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.">
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.">

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
