We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the upcoming school year. This role involves working directly with students to provide speech and language therapy, conduct assessments, and develop individualized education programs (IEPs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify students' communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs to support students' progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure students receive comprehensive support.
  • Provide therapy sessions in both individual and group settings to cater to students' diverse needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided to ensure seamless communication.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student educational goals to ensure alignment with school objectives.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred, but not required for Clinical Fellows applicants.
  • Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable, but not essential for qualified candidates.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
