The Ability Swim Instructor will work with special needs individuals to help them achieve their swim-skill goals. This role requires a strong commitment to creating a safe, nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Provide individualized instruction and support to students with special needs
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment

Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to successfully complete our in-water skills assessment
  • Experience working with children with special needs
