Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Representative to join our team at CoStar Group. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will work closely with our sales, product management, and marketing teams to identify business opportunities and improve our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients, resolving issues and ensuring minimal brand impact.
  • Deliver first-time resolution with quality and professionalism, exceeding client expectations.
  • Support sales colleagues to maintain the highest standard of customer service.
  • Maintain the highest professional standards, promoting our ethics of trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort.
  • Act as first point of contact for technical issues, including website, call tracking, and login issues.
  • Assist in client onboarding, ensuring all information regarding the client is accurate.
  • Respond to flagged listings to protect consumers against potential fraudulent listings.
  • Conduct routine audits for accounts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a professional environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in building rapport over the telephone and overcoming objections in a customer service environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (e.g., Conflict Resolution, Negotiation, etc.) when dealing with internal and/or external audiences.
  • Ability to deliver results while working to deadlines under pressure.
  • Ability to plan and organize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company.
