Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership to the Sales Department, consisting of Inside Sales Engineers and Sales Support Specialists
* Organize and oversee the schedules, territories, and performance of regional sales teams
* Interview, hire, and onboard new staff members
* Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations
* Handle discipline of employees in accordance with company policy
* Manage employees' timecards and time off
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering
* 10+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Knowledge of ERP or MRP software, design software, order processing systems
