Any Baby Can is a 40-year-old organization based in Texas, serving children and families with special healthcare needs regardless of income. Our mission revolves around inclusivity, offering comprehensive services free to any family member who needs them. Our agency provides case management, prescription assistance, parent education, and grief and loss support for parents who have lost a child.

We are Seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year. We offer full benefits, including healthcare, dental, and retirement plans. As a hybrid work environment, we support a healthy work-life balance, allowing employees to spend 3 days in the office each week. In addition to a two-week Winter Holiday closure, employees receive 16 paid holidays, accrued sick leave, and ten days of vacation in their first year of employment.

Job Description

This exciting role will represent Any Baby Can at community outreach events, sharing our mission and services with new audiences. You will also coordinate a thriving volunteer program, ensuring our supporters have meaningful opportunities to contribute to our work. The ideal candidate will be a people person with a heart for service and a knack for building relationships. They should possess strong communication skills and be proficient in MS Office Programs.

  • Key Responsibilities: Building and managing a comprehensive volunteer program, enhancing client referrals through strategic outreach, delivering engaging community training, ensuring compliance with grant requirements, overseeing outreach calendar and database management, developing and executing an agency outreach plan, representing the agency at community events, supporting fundraising and event coordination, maintaining volunteer and program CRMs, contributing to special projects.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in completing outreach activities
  • 3-5 years of direct experience working within community programs serving maternal, child, and adolescent populations; families or individuals with special healthcare needs
  • MUST have a Valid Texas Driver's License and be able to travel frequently to locations in the community
  • MS Office Programs
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Strongly Preferred
