Position Overview:
Plastic Process Equipment is seeking a dedicated individual for a part-time role within our Collections Department. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain credit history documentation, evaluate creditworthiness, and assist in the collections process for outstanding accounts.
- Investigate account discrepancies, execute reconciliations, and address client inquiries effectively.
- Assess credit data and financial reports to evaluate lending risks.
- Record collections activities, investigate account disputes, and perform necessary reconciliations.
- Respond to inquiries, identify overdue accounts, and recognize potential bad debts.
- Process credit applications, gather supplementary information, and review credit references thoroughly.
- Formulate recommendations for credit limits based on payment histories and determine appropriate approvals.
- Monitor accounts receivable and cash receipt reports regularly.
