Job DescriptionOur Intelligent Automation Advisory team is seeking a team member with a deep understanding of Intelligent Process Automation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging generative AI capabilities to help clients advance their intelligent automation and AI strategies.
You will work alongside clients to develop their portfolio, build capabilities, risk management, and governance to deliver automation and AI solutions. You will advise and drive the implementation of best practices and leverage organizational change approaches to drive adoption across business functions.
This role is perfect for a leader who is passionate about working across teams to enable the use of technology across an organization, bringing together IT and business teams. You will have the opportunity to create the working model of the future that leverages automation, citizen development, and Generative AI to solve challenging problems, create efficiency, and empower employees.
The successful candidate will have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, scale programs, operationalize automation, disseminate best practices, and provide thought leadership.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in Intelligent Automation vendors, tools, and their application in business processes. Ideally, you will have similar levels of proficiency in ML, AI, and Gen AI. Citizen development experience using Automation technology or Advanced Microsoft technologies is also desirable.
A strong ability to drive change with a focus on Gen AI and/or citizen development adoption is essential. Leadership capabilities in guiding teams through technological advancements are also required. Strong program & project management skills and a team player attitude are necessary to deliver outcomes.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
