The Automotive Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional and comprehensive customer experience. This is achieved by understanding and addressing the transportation needs of customers in a professional and courteous manner, while demonstrating in-depth knowledge of brand products, features, accessories, and their advantages for customers.

Sales Consultants have the opportunity to earn performance-based incentives and bonuses tied to customer satisfaction and sales achievements. These roles are structured as non-commissioned positions. We are open to discussing your onboarding benefits, which may include a sign-on bonus, relocation support, or other requests.

This position is ideal for individuals who are knowledgeable, customer-oriented, and engaging. We are committed to supporting our team through comprehensive sales leadership training.

We provide a competitive salary and benefits package. Candidates will be required to successfully complete a background check, drug screening, and driving record verification.

Please note that this position is classified as Safety Sensitive and is subject to pre-employment drug testing, including for cannabis.

Requirements

Proven experience as a sales representative, consistently achieving or surpassing targets. Proficient in MS Office applications. Strong communication skills. Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
