Position Overview
As the Senior Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in defining and executing talent acquisition strategies that align with our business objectives as we advance towards our vision for electrification and software-defined mobility.
Key Responsibilities
Program Development & Implementation:
- Lead the creation and execution of innovative recruitment initiatives that align with Honda's strategic goals.
- Enhance recruitment policies and procedures to streamline hiring processes.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Units, HR Technology, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment of technical capabilities with recruitment needs.
Market Analysis & Research:
- Stay updated on recruitment best practices, emerging technologies, and business trends.
- Transform research insights into actionable strategies for recruitment teams.
- Gather and analyze data from various sources to inform recruitment strategies.
- Assess job posting site performance and recommend improvements for data visualization.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Maintain open communication channels with recruitment teams and stakeholders.
- Identify areas for process enhancement based on stakeholder feedback.
Strategic Alliances:
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, Workforce Planning, Marketing, and other business functions.
- Gain insights into candidate and manager personas.
- Resolve complex issues related to talent acquisition processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment marketing.
- 3+ years of experience analyzing recruitment data to inform decision-making.
- 2+ years of project management experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, technology, or automotive sectors is a plus.
- Proven ability to think strategically and translate organizational goals into actionable initiatives.
- Proficient in utilizing advanced assessment tools and analytics.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
