Great Hearts Academies is an expanding network of public, open-enrollment, tuition-free educational institutions dedicated to providing a classical liberal arts education. We currently serve over 25,000 K-12 students, ensuring access to high-quality education without the constraints often associated with private institutions. Teaching certification is not a prerequisite for general education roles, and we welcome applicants from diverse academic backgrounds.

Duties and responsibilities encompass providing educational services to students, which includes planning, developing, delivering, and implementing various educational programs and activities. This role involves lesson planning and assessments tailored to a classical education curriculum in collaboration with fellow faculty members. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about education and working with children.


APPRENTICE TEACHER PROGRAM

This initiative offers new educators a structured, personalized learning experience alongside a seasoned Lead Teacher, as they master the art of teaching within a classical, liberal arts environment. This full-time, compensated apprenticeship is ideal for those seeking valuable experience in a Great Hearts classroom. Successful completion of the program may lead to recommendations for lead teaching positions across our network.
