The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level capacity within the real estate finance sector, demonstrating comfort in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

Compensation

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 DOE + bonus opportunity


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial records for all subsidiaries and manage property accounting through outsourced partners.
  • Lead payroll processing for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare investor reports and contribute to financial statements and reporting.
  • Drive cash forecasting initiatives to ensure precise projections and financial planning.
  • Monitor contingent liabilities, focusing on taxes and reserve accounting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial decision-making.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Senior-level role within real estate finance.
  • 2+ years of managerial experience.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP principles and real estate accounting.
  • Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience with ADP/Paychex is advantageous.
  • CPA certification is preferred.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
