About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven marketer who is passionate about organic farming, wellness, and sustainability. As our ideal candidate, you will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our products and services, drive online sales, and build our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies that align with our company goals and values.
  • Foster strong relationships with our target audience through engaging storytelling and compelling content.
• Social Media Management:
  • Create and manage high-quality content across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
  • Engage with our community, respond to comments, and build a loyal following around our brand.
  • Analyze social media analytics to optimize performance and improve results.
• Content Creation:
  • Develop original and captivating content, including blog posts, videos, newsletters, and product descriptions that resonate with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with our farm team to create on-site photo and video content highlighting farm life, products, and wellness tips.
• SEO and Website Management:
  • Optimize our website content for search engines to drive organic traffic and increase visibility.
  • Work closely with our web team to ensure user-friendly design and functionality that provides an exceptional customer experience.
• Email Marketing:
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns to promote new products, special offers, and events.
  • Build and segment email lists to effectively target various customer groups.
• PPC and Paid Advertising:
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Track and manage budget to ensure effective use of advertising dollars and achieve strong ROI.
• Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email performance.
  • Use data to continually improve and refine strategies to drive results and growth.
• Collaboration and Partnerships:
  • Establish relationships with local influencers, wellness bloggers, and like-minded brands for collaborations and partnerships.
  • Promote our farm events, such as wellness retreats, farm tours, and farmers markets.
• Staying Current with Trends:
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, especially in the organic and wellness industries, to maintain our competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the organic, wellness, or lifestyle industry.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and email marketing.
• Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
• Passion for organic farming, wellness, sustainability, and healthy living.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing is a plus.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
