As a Digital Marketing Strategy Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a comprehensive digital and social media strategy that aligns with our organization's overall goals.
Job SummaryThis role requires expertise in designing full-funnel multichannel digital and social media campaigns, as well as experience in utilizing data for targeted execution and delivery of robust digital marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify and develop digital and social media marketing strategies that support business initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital and social media platforms, technologies, and trends, as well as proven experience in utilizing AI to expedite work and deliveries. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for this role, including the ability to clearly communicate challenges, goals, and manage stakeholders effectively.
In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will be able to navigate ambiguous situations, demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, and forge strong relationships with business partners across various departments.
Responsibilities- Advance the digital and social media infrastructure by overseeing platforms, ensuring efficient and quality execution, and proactively recommending enhancements to current capabilities.
- Collaborate with agency partners to strategically apply digital marketing strategies and execute campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Develop relationships with internal and external business partners to identify, prioritize, and schedule digital and social media campaigns.
- Effectively communicate and present insights and implications of digital and social media to business leaders.
- Challenge the status quo and introduce new solutions or methods related to exploring new strategies and platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in business preferred.
- Certifications in digital media, social media, or related areas.
- 6 years of experience working in a digital role on either the vendor or corporate side.
- Expertise in digital and social media platforms, technologies, and trends.
- Proven experience in utilizing AI to expedite work and deliveries.
The estimated salary range for this role is $116,000-$167,000, based on geographic location and relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, and business needs.
