We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Dartmouth Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our clinical staff to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Apply the nursing process to make informed decisions about patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in nursing care.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Hampshire.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BCLS).
- Excellent assessment, communication, interpersonal, and organizational/time management skills.
