Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse at Dartmouth Health, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a dynamic healthcare team. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team, working under the supervision of experienced nursing leaders and physicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, documenting relevant data and care processes.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to patients, including assessment, treatment, and education.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Hampshire.
  • Minimum one year of nursing experience, with a focus on patient care and teamwork.
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BCLS).
  • Excellent assessment, communication, interpersonal, and organizational/time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, responding calmly and effectively in crisis situations.
