RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guide and motivate a dynamic team.
- Recruit, train, and oversee Front Desk, Maintenance, and Kids Club departments.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and budgetary constraints.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff.
- Maintain exceptional customer service and monitor departmental objectives.
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards within the facility.
- Support ancillary departments and sales initiatives.
- Manage projects as assigned by the General Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years of management experience in operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- Mobility throughout the facility for extended periods.

PAY TRANSPARENCY:
$70,000 - $80,000 Annually
