Key Responsibilities- Compensation ranging from $99k to $105k based on experience, with potential overtime opportunities.
- Generous Paid Holidays and a PTO accrual system offering up to 30 days.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Industrial Electrical Superintendent with a solid grasp of industrial electrical systems.
- Ability to oversee multiple large-scale industrial projects effectively.
- Commitment to establishing and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Efficient management of manpower, materials, equipment, and tools.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Aim for a 'Zero Punch List' approach.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential cost and schedule impacts.
- Mentorship of General Foremen, Foremen, and Journeymen.
- Capability to interpret schematics and blueprints, assisting in work planning and material procurement.
- Proficiency in Procore and document management systems.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop project execution and close-out plans.
