Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Medication Assistant to join our team. As a Medication Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. You will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring resident health, and providing exceptional care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor resident health and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff
  • Provide exceptional care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved Certified Medication Assistant program
  • Current license without restrictions
  • Minimum 1 year previous CMA experience
  • Proven leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
