Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of a Room Care Specialist include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness of guest accommodations in line with health and company standards.
  • Reviewing daily assignments for arrivals and departures and gathering necessary supplies.
  • Cleaning guest rooms and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.
  • Ensuring all amenities and supplies are adequately stocked in each room.
  • Reporting maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for swift resolution.
  • Performing thorough cleaning to meet established quality standards within designated timeframes.
  • Properly handling all lost and found items left in guest rooms.
  • Collaborating with fellow housekeeping staff and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Providing courteous and prompt service to guests and colleagues.
  • Completing other duties as assigned.
