Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as hospital policies and procedures.
- Conduct hiring, training, directing, development, and evaluating of staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care services, and develop and implement policies and procedures to improve quality and efficiency.
- Monitor and adhere to budget, approving or monitoring expenditures, purchases, and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
- 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
- Non-Nursing candidates with a strong leadership background and significant experience in cardiology services related to cath lab, EP, and non-invasive services may be considered.
