We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing weekend coverage. This is a full-time opportunity that offers flexibility and a stable schedule.

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide skilled nursing visits, case management, and follow-up care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in a home health or acute care setting.
  • Strong med-surg, ICU, ER, and acute care experience.
  • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
