We are seeking a dedicated and skilled LPN to provide high-quality patient care in Dover, DE and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to patients with various medical conditions.
  • Educate patients and their family members on disease processes, nutrition, and care management.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

  • Current DE LPN license or compact state license
  • One year of LPN experience, preferably in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

Work Schedule: Day shift hours, one weekend a month, and 2 holidays a year

A sign-on bonus of $5,000 is available for external candidates who have not worked for ChristianaCare in the last 12 months.
