· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, with experience in writing NCRs (Tags).

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

· Availability to work any shift, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift operations, and to work overtime as needed.
