Photography Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Photography Manager to join our team at Nationwide Studios. As a Photography Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of photographers and handling the finances of a given territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule photographers and photographer assistants for photoshoots at schools
- Ensure all schedules, including sports, are properly entered in our customer relationship management software (CRM)
- Upload images for yearbooks through various publishing sites
- Coordinate and execute training plans for photographers and photographer assistants
- Inventory control of all existing photography equipment and order new equipment when needed
- Manage labor costs, approve hours, and customer expenses
- Recruit, interview, and recommend photographers and photographer assistants for positions within the territory
- Manage photographers, empowering them to use progressive discipline, including termination when necessary
- Create accountability and communication plans for territory personnel using Microsoft Office 365 group chat software called Teams
- Visit photoshoots and photograph as needed
- Provide the highest level of customer service
Requirements:
- Basic photography knowledge
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proficient typing skills
- Above-average organizational and time management skills
- Reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a valid driver's license
- Reliable internet and ability to use Teams on a mobile device
- Ability to build solid relationships with customers
- Strong and engaging phone voice with clear presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
