About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Lead Technician with a Master's license and EPA certification to play a key role in developing our HVAC division, focusing on both service and new installation work.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including VRF systems, RTUs, Split Systems, DOAS units, Cooling Towers, Boilers, and Pumps from various manufacturers.
  • Source equipment and supplies for HVAC projects.
  • Familiarity with Energy Management Systems (EMS) and Building Automation Systems (BAS).
  • Provide expertise in troubleshooting HVAC systems and preparing accurate estimates for repairs.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Experience and Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Master's license in HVAC.
  • EPA certification.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the HVAC field.
  • Experience in service and new installation work.
  • Familiarity with EMS and BAS systems.
  • Experience working with VRF systems.
  • Proficiency with RTUs, Split Systems, DOAS units, Cooling Towers, Boilers, and Pumps from various manufacturers.
  • Strong sourcing skills for equipment and supplies.
  • Ability to provide estimates for repairs.
Preferred Qualifications

Desirable Skills:

  • Additional certifications related to HVAC technologies.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining Energy Management Systems.
  • Knowledge of smart HVAC technologies.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $120,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide:
