Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the daily cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse and laundry operation.
  • Assist with event set ups as requested.
  • Perform building cleaning and laundry tasks.
  • High school graduate or GED equivalent.

Requirements:
  • Organizational, time management, problem-solving, and able to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions.

Job Tasks:
  • Vacuum carpets, clean windows, dust and polish, straighten up, pick up, empty trash.
  • Assure all areas of the clubhouse are clean and organized at all times.
  • Help clean employee and member restrooms, pool and tennis house in season.
  • Make sure all areas of the clubhouse are adequately supplied.
  • Check draperies and window treatments for needed repairs or issues.
  • Report any damage, burned-out light bulbs, plumbing problems to the facility operations department.
  • Move furniture/chairs (if possible) and assist housemen with all event set-ups as needed.
