Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist ARRT to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe. As a Radiology Technologist ARRT, you will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging services to patients, including routine diagnostic x-rays, portable x-rays, and fluoroscopy. You will work under the direction of the Chief Radiologic Technologist, the Director of Medical Imaging, and the Staff Radiologists to ensure that imaging procedures are performed safely and proficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain high-quality diagnostic images
  • Scan in labels and document patient information accurately
  • Resolve quality assurance issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure images are released to radiologists in a timely manner
  • Verify orders are valid and entered correctly
  • Transport patients as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a graduate degree from a 2-year accredited school of Radiologic Technology or comparable training. You must also be currently registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T.) and certified with the Texas Department of Health (CMRT). Additionally, you will need to have appropriate experience as determined by the Manager of Medical Imaging and/or Director of Medical Imaging. American Heart Association BLS certification is also required.
