Job Summary

The Process Operator III at JobRialto is an entry-level position responsible for performing various operations and tasks in a plant or factory environment under close supervision.


The role involves following documented work processes to ensure workplace safety and product quality.
The operator will work with specific equipment and contribute to meeting division goals and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Follow all safety policies and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor equipment throughout the shift to ensure proper functioning.
  • Read and adhere to detailed work processes.
  • Contribute to division performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Operate equipment specific to the assigned area:

Carbon:

Bag products, collect samples, manage spent carbon feed to the reactivation furnace, switch tank feeds, calibrate pH probes, operate a filter press, and run the wastewater treatment plant.


Regen:

Sort bottles by size and resin, load and unload deliveries, operate a forklift to move materials, and evacuate bottles.


Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to complete site-specific safety training on the first day.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to read and follow instructions.
  • Basic math skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
  • Forklift driving experience (site is willing to provide training if needed).
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Must complete 40-hour hazardous waste operations training for Carbon area operations.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, hear, and see constantly; walk, write, and type frequently.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to climb stairs, bend, reach, push, and pull occasionally.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors, with exposure to temperatures ranging from 0 to 120 degrees.
  • May work in noisy environments requiring hearing protection and be exposed to dust and dirt.
  • Ability to operate a computer and communicate via telephone.
