Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
  • Identify and rectify issues in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Program and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
  • Respond promptly to equipment failures and resolve issues efficiently
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve operational objectives
  • Engage in continuous improvement projects

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance technician capacity
  • Expertise in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Familiarity with PLC programming
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
  • High school diploma is mandatory; an Associate's degree is preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends
