We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at ABCO Facility Maintenance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on commercial properties within your territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial properties
  • Work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated
  • Have a strong understanding of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, and carpentry
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in skilled trades
