Innova Solutions is currently seeking a Production Assembly Technician to join our team.

Position Type: Contract

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Ballston Spa, NY

As a Production Assembly Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing a range of tasks in the assembly line for electronic and/or mechanical components and subcomponents, including modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
  • Interpreting diagrams and schematics, creating initial layouts, and utilizing hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws.
  • Conducting continuity checks on work in progress and completed assemblies.
  • Performing quality inspections on the production line in accordance with established quality standards.
  • Disassembling, modifying, reworking, reassembling, and testing experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies as per specifications and under simulated conditions.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An active Secret Clearance.
  • A high school diploma or GED with 0-3 years of relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in interpreting blueprints, electronic schematics, wire lists, and work instructions.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $25 - $35 per hour

*The pay range offered to a successful candidate will be determined based on various factors, including education, work experience, job location, specific job duties, and certifications.
