Responsibilities

As a Greeter at Eat'n Park, your key responsibilities will include:

• Acknowledge the presence of guests immediately with a friendly greeting
• Utilize the tools provided to stay organized and seat guests efficiently
• Presentation of menus and suggesting food items as identified by management
• Observing guest reactions to ensure we are acknowledging any problems and alert management if there is an issue that needs resolved

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
